Relates to state agency websites required to offer a mobile friendly form; requires mobile friendly forms for state agency websites created or modified with changes to form or function after the effective date of this act and prior to January 1, 2027, and for all state agency websites thereafter; defines terms.
Enacts the manufacturer disclosure and transparency act requiring prescription drug manufacturers to notify the attorney general of arrangements between pharmaceutical manufacturers resulting in the delay of the introduction of generic medications.
Relates to authorizing voting by incarcerated people.
Relates to establishing the housing access voucher program; provides that the commissioner of the division of housing and community renewal shall implement a program of rental assistance in the form of housing vouchers for eligible individuals and families who are homeless or who face an imminent loss of housing; provides that the commissioner shall designate housing access voucher local administrators in the state to administer the program.
Relates to items of appropriation.
Amends the constitution to prevent and mitigate adverse childhood experiences.
Allows the alteration or repeal of real property tax exemptions for private institutions of higher education.
Establishes the crime of harassment of an employee by an incarcerated individual; makes such crime a class B misdemeanor.
