Designates the Southampton Village Ocean Rescue as an emergency rescue and first aid squad pursuant to the general municipal law; permits members to display green lights on motor vehicles when engaged in emergency operation pursuant to the vehicle and traffic law.
Authorizes Tu Vien Truc Lam Buddhist Central, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, to file an application for real property tax exemption with respect to the 2021 assessment roll for a portion of school taxes and general taxes.
Authorizes the commissioner of education to conduct a survey regarding instruction on the Holocaust within the state; provides a report shall be delivered which includes detailed results of the survey, the extent the survey data submitted was compliant with section eight hundred one of the education law, and if needed, recommendations to strengthen provisions of law if not compliant.
Authorizes the assessor of the town of Brookhaven, county of Suffolk, to accept from the First Baptist Church an application for exemption from real property taxes with respect to the 2019-2020 assessment rolls.
Provides that the court set the date for proceedings relating to family visitation under a guardianship petition for not more than ten days from the signing of the order to show cause; provides that visitation shall be a rebuttable presumption.
Establishes the congressional chartered veterans service organizations fund; provides for gifts made to such fund on an individual's personal income tax return.

Establishes the crime of forcible touching of a correction officer; increases criminal penalties for certain sexual offenses committed against correction officers when such correction officer is acting in the course of their employment.
