Relates to the amount of credit for cider, wine, and liquor produced in NYS under the alcoholic beverage production credit; provides parity with beer credit based on the taxes for cider, wine, and liquor.
Authorizes variable message signs placed within the right of way of highways to display certain voting related communications; provides that no such communications shall be displayed if advised by the United States Department of Transportation or any of its agencies that the display of such information will interfere with federal law or regulation or result in the reduction of federal aid highway funds.
Requires that all wine and liquor sold in the state be received from a primary American source of supply; such a source shall be the manufacturer or its exclusive agent, when the wine or liquor can be secured from the manufacturer or its exclusive agent by a wholesaler in the United States; provides that primary American sources of supply shall register with the state liquor authority.
Relates to support orders for adult dependent children; provides that parents or kinship caregivers of an adult child under the age of 26 are chargeable with support of such individual provided such individual is diagnosed with a developmental disability as defined in section 1.03 of the mental hygiene law.
Relates to inmate telephone services at local correctional facilities.
Adds a three dollar surcharge on online delivery transactions terminating within the city of New York to be used to fund the operating costs of buses and subways in the city of New York.
