Establishes procurement goals that certain percentages of all food products purchased by state agencies shall be New York state food products.
Relates to improper employer practices relating to the continuation of pay, vacation and health care benefits; relates to eligible employees for retirement plans; relates to compensation items in disputed agreements.
Relates to establishing a defined contribution program for which elected officials are deemed mandatory members.
Provides that for members of a public pension or retirement system, accrued benefits shall not be diminished or impaired except as authorized and prescribed by the legislature.
Excludes from reporting requirements relating to environmental quality reviews actions to approve the siting or construction of housing in cities with a population of one million or more.
Requires all new residential and commercial units in Suffolk and Nassau counties, including all structures that have realized repairs or improvements that are equal to or greater than fifty percent of the structure's value, to install underground service drops at such locations.
Relates to the use of records and information in the family court.
