Relates to access to foreign state records concerning previous or present mental illness of applicants for firearms licenses.
Establishes a waiting period before a firearm, shotgun or rifle may be delivered to a person; requires either the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) or its successor has issued a "proceed" response to the licensee, or ten business days have elapsed since the date the licensee, seller, transferor or dealer contacted NICS to initiate a national instant criminal background check and NICS has not notified the licensee, seller, transferor or dealer that the transfer of the firearm, rifle or shotgun to such person should be denied.
Authorizes a religious corporation to sell real property where consideration paid therefor and fair market value thereof is less than $200,000, and mortgage real property when such mortgage secures debt of less than $200,000, without leave of supreme court.
Requires the reporting of contributions by business entities and individuals; defines terms; provides that no business entity or individual who contracts with the state for a contract of more than fifteen thousand dollars shall make monetary or in-kind contributions or a pledge of contribution in excess of one thousand dollars to an individual who holds the position of an elected state public office, a candidate for such position, including the candidate's election fund, if such contract must be voted on or approved by such individual; or a state, county or municipal political party, in the preceding twelve month period to the contract being awarded; or to any person for any political purpose or use; or to knowingly solicit any such contribution from any such person for any such purpose during any such period; provides exemptions; makes related provisions.
Provides supplemental security income for eligible individuals receiving enhanced residential care.
Establishes the right of adoptees to receive a certified copy of their birth certificate upon reaching the age of 18; such birth certificate shall include information on the medical history of the birth parents.
Relates to mandating training of direct care workers in adverse childhood experiences.
Establishes an emergency evacuation plan for individuals with disabilities; establishes $500 fine for failure to comply with such plan within one year of the effective date.
