Provides for the creation of a drug guide for seniors regarding the drugs commonly used by people over 62 years of age; provides that such guide will include functions and drug interactions.

Relates to admission to a special high school in a city school district in a city having a population of one million or more.

Relates to prohibiting the sale of child care products containing bisphenol; establishes that beginning on December 31, 2019 no person, firm, partnership, association, limited liability company or corporation shall sell or offer for sale any child care product intended for use by a child three years of age or younger containing bisphenol AF (BPAF), bisphenol Z (BPZ), bisphenol S (BPS), bisphenol F (BPF), bisphenol AP (BPAP) and bisphenol B (BPB).
Authorizes school districts to establish a reserve fund to cover the costs and expenses of providing special education programs.
Relates to establishing a commercial driver's license (CDL) class A young adult licensing pilot program for qualified 18-20 year olds; such drivers shall not be permitted to drive after 9:00 PM.
Prohibits any person, partnership, or corporation from engaging in the for-profit bail bond business.
Enacts "private environmental law enforcement act"; authorizes any private citizen who has an interest which is or may be adversely affected to commence civil judicial actions for injunctive or declaratory relief to remedy environmental harms under certain circumstances; provides that such action may be commenced against any person for any violation of an administrative or court order compelling an investigation or remediation of an inactive hazardous waste disposal site.
Provides that teachers, principals, and superintendents are no longer required to sign confidentiality agreements.
