Requires prior written notice upon hiring to all employees, informing them of the types of electronic monitoring which may occur; provides employers shall also post the notice of electronic monitoring.

Establishes the right to legal counsel in immigration court proceedings and provides for the administration thereof.
Provides that every motor carrier shall furnish the department of motor vehicles a list of each altered motor vehicle commonly referred to as a "stretch limousine" designed to carry 10 or more passengers; requires the commissioner of motor vehicles to annually review the bus driver files of each driver employed by a motor vehicle carrier who operates such stretch limousine; makes related provisions.
Provides that altered motor vehicles commonly referred to as "stretch limousines" which were altered on or after January 1, 2021, shall have at least two safety belts for the front seat and at least one safety belt for the rear seat for each passenger for which the rear seat of such vehicle was designed.
Provides a program fee option for graduate students.
Prohibits a school district in a city having a population of one million or more inhabitants from changing the transportation accommodation of an older sibling who lives with and goes to either the same school as or a school located at the same place as a younger sibling who shares the same transportation accommodation.
Implements automatic enrollment for the tax abatement program for rent-controlled and rent-regulated property occupied by senior citizens and provides for a check box for a taxpayer to opt-out of data sharing and automatic enrollment on their tax return.
Enhances criminal penalties for criminal mischief and larceny offenses committed at a place of religious worship and for cemetery desecration.
Relates to adding transmission of unwanted lewd or intimate images to the definition of aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Prohibits public display of tobacco advertisements and smoking paraphernalia within five hundred feet of schools; imposes a maximum penalty of five hundred dollars per violation; exempts tobacco businesses from the prohibition.
