Provides that family members of volunteer or paid professional firefighters who died in the line of duty may obtain a "Survivor of the Bravest" license plate; provides for the annual service charge collected to be deposited into the department of motor vehicles distinctive license plate development fund.

Relates to prohibiting the acquisition or transfer of agricultural land by foreign adversaries after January 1, 2024; provides that such prohibition will not apply to any interest in agricultural land held by a foreign adversary prior to such date or any federally recognized Indian tribe or its government units and enterprises; defines terms.
Declares provisions, in snow removal and de-icing service contracts, requiring the service provider to indemnify the recipient of the services for damages arising out of such recipient's acts or omissions, to be null and void.
