Enacts the student suicide prevention act; requires the governing board or body of every local educational agency serving students in grades seven to twelve, to adopt policies, procedures and guidelines on student suicide prevention, intervention and postvention for students in such grades.

Relates to persons designated by a general hospital to identify infectious disease processes, conduct surveillance and epidemiologic investigations, and develop plans to prevent and control the transmission of infectious agents within general hospitals.
Establishes a twenty-five and three quarters cents per gallon cap on the amount of tax charged on the sale of motor fuel and diesel motor fuel; directs retail sellers to adjust the cost of motor fuel and diesel motor fuel to reflect such cap.
Establishes the clean fuel standard of 2022; provides such standard is intended to reduce carbon intensity from the on-road transportation sector by 20% by 2030, with further reductions to be implemented based upon advances in technology.
