Permits participation in games of bingo by minors who are accompanied by an adult.
Relates to creating autism teams in hospitals; requires the department of health to design a pilot program to develop one "autism team" who may be called upon should a patient with autism come to a hospital; provides that members of the autism team shall be knowledgeable about autism and communication difficulties many people with autism have and advise physicians and other staff on how to communicate with patients with autism.
Relates to establishing mandatory training for every high school guidance counselor relating to assisting students with autism spectrum disorder; requires high school guidance counselors to receive training at least once a year on the special needs of students with autism spectrum disorder and how to assist such students in the transition from high school to higher education or employment.
Relates to the operation of vehicles on approach of vehicles displaying a blue light; requires vehicles to pull over on approach of vehicles displaying a blue light.
Relates to prohibiting outside income for members of the legislature in excess of fifteen percent of gross annual salary.
Relates to the powers and duties of the advisory council of the justice center for the protection of people with special needs; adds additional duties relating to investigations of allegations of abuse and neglect.
Relates to exemptions available to veterans; requires school districts to provide the veterans alternative exemption; establishes that costs associated with such exemption shall be borne by the state.

Establishes recreational vehicle dealer agreements; defines terms; provides that a manufacturer or distributor may not sell a recreational vehicle in this state to or through a dealer without having first entered into a manufacturer/dealer agreement with a dealer which has been signed by both parties; further provides that a manufacturer or distributor, directly or through any authorized officer, agent or employee, may not terminate, cancel or fail to renew a manufacturer/dealer agreement without good cause; makes related provisions.
Establishes the customized employment demonstration program whereby certain positions are divided into sub-positions by the civil service commission to provide for employment of persons with developmental disabilities who are able to perform a portion of the duties of such position.
