Relates to access to federally approved cannabidiol medications; requires state control or decontrol of cannabidiol medications within 30 days after federal control or decontrol of such medication.
Directs the health care quality and cost containment commission to study and report upon the impact of requiring that certain health insurance plans provide coverage for treatment of mitochondrial disease.
Requires a carrier of an absentee ballot to provide certification to the board of elections of his or her status as a carrier of an absentee ballot and criminalizes the provision of an absentee ballot in the absence of proper documentation requesting such ballot; relates to applications for absentee ballots being available for public inspection.
Enacts the "credit creation pilot program act of New York"; directs the superintendent of financial services to create and implement such act; defines terms; provides that a program licensee may not offer or make a program loan or impose any charges or fees without prior approval from the superintendent of financial services to participate in the program; provides for disclosures, statements and receipts, referral partners, permitted services and prohibited activities.
Provides that restrictions regarding the carrying of concealed weapons and licenses therefor shall be by statute only.
