Relates to protecting registered security guards in a hospital or health care facility from assault; makes such assault a class D felony.

Authorizes boards of cooperative educational services to enroll students in career and technical education courses.
Requires any person including certified and licensed responsible pesticide applicators and commercial pesticide applicators and operators operating in the state to contact the division of plant industry of the department of agriculture and markets by phone at least forty-eight hours in advance of extermination of honey bees to obtain assistance in trying to relocate nuisance honey bee colonies or hanging swarms of honey bees, in lieu of destroying such honey bees; makes related provisions.
Requires mandatory restitution by the court if an officer of a school district is convicted and the victim of such crime is such officer's school district; mandates that the court require restitution up to the full amount of the fruits of the offense or reparation up to the full amount of the actual out-of-pocket loss suffered by the victim.
Authorizes cities and towns, except a city with a population of one million or more, to establish community preservation funds and community housing funds; authorizes such cities and towns to impose a real estate transfer tax with revenues to be deposited in such funds; makes related provisions.
