Advancing Auto-Portability Act of 2022 This bill allows employees to transfer their retirement account upon terminating their employment to a similar account with a new employer. Specifically, it makes such transfers automatic, subject to the right of employees to opt out. It imposes certain requirements upon an automatic portability provider, including a requirement that the provider acknowledge its fiduciary status and provide a notice in advance to an employee whose retirement account is being transferred that contains a description of the automatic portability transaction and any fees charged in connection with the transaction. This bill also allows an eligible employer a $500 tax credit in the year that an automatic portability arrangement is adopted.

Defending Domestic Orange Juice Production Act This bill requires finished pasteurized orange juice to contain at least 10% by weight of orange juice soluble solids (currently 10.5%), exclusive of the solids of any added optional sweetening ingredients.

United States Army Rangers Veterans of World War II Congressional Gold Medal Act This bill provides for the award of a single Congressional Gold Medal to the U.S. Army Rangers Veterans of World War II in recognition of their dedicated service during World War II.

Protecting Public Safety Employees' Timely Retirement Act of 2022 This bill modifies the eligible age (age 50) for the exemption from the retirement plan early withdrawal penalty for public safety officers. The bill establishes the age eligibility at age 50 or 25 years of service under the plan, whichever is earlier.

Deepfake Task Force Act This bill requires the Department of Homeland Security to coordinate with the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy to temporarily establish the National Deepfake Provenance Task Force. Comprised of federal and nonfederal stakeholders, the task force must address threats posed by digital content forgeries (i.e., digital audio, images, and text fabricated or manipulated using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other emerging technologies with the intent to mislead). The task force's activities include developing a plan to reduce the proliferation of digital content forgeries. The task force terminates 90 days after submitting its final report.
