Prohibiting Religious Exemption and Accommodations Databases Act This bill prohibits federal agencies from disclosing to other agencies or organizations any information relating to the religious beliefs, identity, or affiliation of an individual with a religious accommodation, including with respect to a COVID-19 vaccine requirement. The bill specifically incorporates such information into the Privacy Act of 1974 (which restricts how agencies may disclose or share records that identify individuals in the absence of written consent) and exempts related records from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act (which provides the public a right to access federal agency information).

Stop Top Oil Producers and Protect Ukraine from Tyrannical Invasions Now Act of 2022 or the STOP PUTIN Act of 2022 This bill requires the End-User Review Committee to review whether specified Russian energy entities should be added or removed from the Entity List. The Entity List identifies entities reasonably believed to be involved in, or to pose a significant risk of being or becoming involved in, activities contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States. The committee must conduct the review within 15 days of this bill's enactment and every 90 days thereafter. The bill specifies that an entity may be removed from the Entity List only by an act of Congress.

This bill requires the Department of State to notify Congress at least 45 days before revoking a designation of an organization as a foreign terrorist organization. Congress may prohibit the revocation by enacting a joint resolution within 45 days of the State Department's notification.

Crippling Unhinged Russian Belligerence and Chinese Involvement in Putin's Schemes Act of 2022 or the CURB CIPS Act of 2022 This bill imposes sanctions on any Chinese financial institution that uses China's Cross-Border Interbank Payment System or Russia's System for Transfer of Financial Messages to conduct transactions with any Russian financial institution or financial institution affiliated with an entity holding itself out to be the government of (1) the Republic of South Ossetia- the State of Alania, (2) the Donetsk People's Republic, (3) the Luhansk People's Republic, (4) the Republic of Abkhazia, or (5) the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. For the purposes of this bill, a Chinese or Russian financial institution is one organized under the laws of, located in, or owned or controlled by China or Russia. Similarly, a financial institution is affiliated with one of the named entities if it is organized under the laws of, located in territory controlled by, or owned or controlled by such an entity.

This resolution expresses that the Senate encourages the President of the United States to support the transfer of aircraft, such as MiG-29s, and air defense systems to Ukraine; supports continued efforts by members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and other countries around the globe to identify additional aviation and air defense capabilities to transfer to the Armed Forces of Ukraine; and stands with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the people of Ukraine in their struggle against Russian aggression.

This bill revokes certain waivers of sanctions relating to Iran's nuclear activity, including for (1) the modernization or redesign of the Arak reactor, and (2) the preparation or modification of centrifuge cascades at the Fordow facility. The bill also prohibits the President from issuing a new waiver relating to such activities.

Duplication Scoring Act of 2021 This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to analyze legislation reported by a congressional committee and report on whether the legislation would create a risk of a new duplicative or overlapping program, office, or initiative in an area previously identified as an area of duplication, overlap, or fragmentation.

Sunshine Protection Act of 2021 This bill makes daylight saving time the new, permanent standard time, effective November 5, 2023. States with areas exempt from daylight saving time may choose the standard time for those areas.

This joint resolution nullifies the rule issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on February 3, 2021, that requires the use of face masks on planes, trains, buses, and other public conveyances and at transportation hubs to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

"Six Triple Eight" Congressional Gold Medal Act of 2021 This bill provides for the award of a Congressional Gold Medal to the women of the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion (commonly known as the Six Triple Eight) in recognition of their pioneering military service, devotion to duty, and contributions to increase the morale of personnel stationed in the European theater of operations during World War II.
