Amends the Residential Mortgage License Act of 1987. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning the short title of the Act.
Amends the Tax Delinquency Amnesty Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning an amnesty program.
Creates the Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote Act. Ratifies and approves the Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote. Provides that the agencies and officers of this State and its subdivisions shall enforce the compact and do all things appropriate to effect its purpose and intent that may be within their respective jurisdictions.
Amends the Service Use Tax Act and the Service Occupation Tax Act. In the definitions of "sale of service" under the Acts, deletes the requirement that the treatment of certain sales apply only to servicemen who are not required to be otherwise registered as a retailer under the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Effective immediately.
Amends the Truth in Taxation Law in the Property Tax Code. Makes a technical change in a provision concerning the short title of that Law.
Amends the School Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the School Code's construction.
Amends the School Code. Requires the State Board of Education, in conjunction with the Department of Public Health, to develop and make available to each school board guidelines for the management of students with life-threatening food allergies. Requires each school board to implement a plan based on the guidelines for the management of students with life-threatening food allergies.
Amends the Public Utilities Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the definition of "telecommunications carrier".
Amends the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning tourism.
