COUNTIES CD-PROHIBIT COAL TAR

Amends the Counties Code. Authorizes the county board or board of county commissioners of a county to prohibit the use of coal tar pavement product on all roadways, driveways, and parking lots within the county. Defines "coal tar" and "coal tar pavement product".

NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT

Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act. Makes a technical change in the Section concerning Social Security Numbers.

COUNTIES CD-REGULATE ROAD SALT

Amends the Counties Code. Provides that the county board or board of county commissioners of a county may regulate by ordinance the use of road salt and de-icing chemicals and may require a permit for the use of road salt or de-icing chemicals. Provides that the regulations may apply to incorporated and unincorporated areas of the county.

IL BOARD OF NURSING - NURSYS

Urges the Illinois Board of Nursing of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to take the necessary steps to become a full participant of the Nursys national nurse licensure database and to sign the Nursys participation agreement in 2012.

CHILD CARE-FEES AND FINES

Amends the Child Care Act of 1969. Provides that the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services shall charge a fee not to exceed $500 for issuing or renewing a license on every child care facility, other than a foster home. Provides that the Department may fine a day care facility for a violation of the Act. Provides that all fees and fines collected by the Department under the Act shall be deposited into the DCFS Children's Services Fund and must be used to enhance services by the Department pursuant to the Act. Provides that the Department shall publish information on substantiated violations found in all day care facilities licensed under this Act. Requires that the Department prescribe and publish a schedule for the fees and fines for violations of day care centers under the Act. Adds as one of the grounds for discipline the failure to pay a renewal fee or fine owed to the Department under the Act. Makes other changes.

CONDO-ASSESSMNT-COMMON EXPENSE

Amends the Condominium Property Act. Provides that the condominium instruments may provide an alternative formula for assessment of common expenses that are specifically enumerated in the condominium instruments if use of the alternative formula is approved by a three-fifths vote of the owners.

DRYCLEANER LICENSE-CREDIT CARD

Amends the Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund Act. Provides that the Department of Revenue may accept payment of the license fee required under the Act by credit card only if the Department is not required to pay a discount fee charged by the credit card issuer. Effective immediately.
