PRIVATE SEWAGE-LOCAL GOV REG

Amends the Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act. Permits a unit of local government to require homeowners who maintain a private sewage disposal system within the unit of local government to provide verification, on an annual basis, to the unit of local government of a valid contract with a licensed private sewage disposal system installation contractor. Effective immediately.

DHS-DOMESTIC VIOLENCE GRANTS

Amends the Domestic Violence Shelters Act. Provides that, in allotting moneys to domestic violence shelters or programs from the Domestic Violence Shelter and Service Fund, the Department must give priority to those shelters or programs that are located in the counties in which the fines were collected under Sections 5-9-1.5 and 5-9-1.6 of the Unified Code of Corrections. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Increases, by $50, the amount of the fines for domestic violence and domestic battery. Requires the additional amounts be deposited into the Domestic Violence Shelter and Service Fund.

FINANCE-HISTORIC SITES FUND

Amends the State Finance Act. Excludes the Illinois Historic Sites Fund from a Section of the Act that allows the Governor to make transfers from certain special funds into the General Revenue Fund.

ST TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT

Creates the State Travel Expense Reimbursement Act. Prohibits the use of State funds and State-compensated time for travel to or from the State capital work location of a person elected to, appointed to, acting on behalf of, or employed in a State executive branch position.
