Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act to change the repeal date of the Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Practice Act from January 1, 2008 to January 1, 2018. Effective immediately.

Includes optometrists in the definitions of "practitioner", "prescriber", and "prescription" and in a provision concerning the scope of the Act.
