Amends the Cemetery Oversight Act. Provides that no cemetery authority shall charge a consumer an amount exceeding $500 for a headstone or memorial marker that is provided for a United States War Veteran by the United States Government. Effective immediately.

Amends the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compact Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Wildlife Code. Adds the Gray wolf, American black bear, and Cougar to the list of protected species under the Act.
Amends the Illinois Police Training Act. Provides that the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board shall conduct or approve a training program in veterans' awareness for law enforcement officers of local government agencies. Provides that the purpose of the program shall be to identify issues relating to veterans and to provide guidelines for appropriate responses to such issues.
Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department shall require every provider of mammography services to, if a patient's mammogram demonstrates dense breast tissue, provide notification to the patient in any summary of the mammography report sent to the patient pursuant to the federal Mammography Quality Standards Act that shall include, but not be limited to, certain information.
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that person with disabilities parking placards or decals that are issued to veterans with a permanent disability shall not require evidence of disability for renewal.
Amends the Nurse Practice Act. Makes changes to provisions concerning the qualifications for licensure as an advanced practice nurse. Provides that an applicant for licensure to practice as an advanced practice nurse shall have successfully completed requirements to practice as, and holds and maintains (rather than only holds) a current, national certification as a nurse midwife, clinical nurse specialist, nurse practitioner, or certified registered nurse anesthetist from the appropriate national certifying body as determined by rule of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Deletes provisions concerning license renewal requirements for certain advanced practice nurses licensed before the 95th General Assembly.
Amends the Property Tax Code. Creates an abatement for property that (i) is used exclusively for commercial or industrial purposes and (ii) has been rebuilt following a natural disaster occurring in taxable year 2013 or any taxable year thereafter. Effective immediately.
Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act. Adds a provision that allows dentists with the appropriate training to administer vaccinations to patients 10 years of age and older pursuant to a valid prescription or standing order of a physician. Provides that vaccinations may only be administered for influenza, hepatitis B, HPV, and shingles. Effective immediately.
