Amends the Wholesale Drug Distribution Licensing Act. Makes a technical change to a Section concerning social security numbers on license applications.

Amends the Marriage and Family Therapy Licensing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning social security numbers.
Respectfully requests that the State Board of Education study and compile statewide data on school nurses and report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly.
Amends the Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning exemptions from the Act.
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. In provisions concerning income eligibility for the pharmaceutical assistance program ("Illinois Cares Rx"), provides that "household income" does not include any amounts paid by a household member, or paid by a third party on behalf of a household member, during the preceding year for medical expenses of a household member. Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to adopt rules to implement this provision. Effective immediately.
Amends the Massage Licensing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.
Amends the Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the powers and duties of the Department.
Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Provides for an annual increase in the household income amounts used to determine eligibility for a grant and for pharmaceutical assistance, the increase being equal to the cost-of-living increase designated under the federal Social Security Act.
