URGES EMERGENCY CORPS

Urges Governor Blagojevich, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency, and the Department of Central Management Services to create an Emergency Corps made up of volunteer State employees who are willing to be mobilized to assist in any emergency crisis that may effect the State of Illinois.

REAL ESTATE-ZONING DISCLOSURE

Amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000. Provides that prior to the sale of property, adjacent to which lies an empty lot on either side, a licensee must disclose to all parties in the transaction how the empty lot is zoned.

ECON DEV CREDIT-QUALIFICATION

Amends the Economic Development for a Growing Economy Tax Credit Act. Provides that an Applicant may qualify for tax credits if the Applicant has 100 or fewer employees and is located or will locate in a county for which the annual unemployment rate was at least 1% higher than the average annual statewide unemployment rate during the most recent year for which those statistics are available from the Department of Employment Security, the project will involve an investment of at least $500,000 in capital improvements to be placed in service, and the project will employ at least 2 New Employees within the State as a direct result of the project. Effective immediately.

DNR-SENIORS-FEE EXEMPTIONS

Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code and the Wildlife Code. Provides that residents, age 65 or older, may not be charged a license fee for: (1) a non-commercial sport fishing or spearing license, (2) a salmon stamp, (3) an inland trout stamp, (4) a Deer Hunting Permit, (5) a hunting license to hunt all species, (6) a State Migratory Waterfowl Stamp, (7) a State Habitat Stamp, or (8) a sportsmen's combination license. Effective immediately.
