UNEMPLOYMENT INS VACATION PAY

Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act. Eliminates the reduction for vacation wages in the calculation of the benefit amount under reduced weekly benefits. Repeals provisions relating to treatment of vacation pay as wages.

SCH CD-PRESCHOOL-FED FUNDS

Amends the School Code. Provides that for the purpose of receiving federal funds under the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund, a preschool or early childhood education center with an enrollment of 100 or more pupils shall be deemed an elementary school. Effective immediately.

INC TX-ESTIMATED TAXES

Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. In a Section concerning estimated taxes, provides that, if a taxpayer is entitled to a refund after the payment of the fourth installment, then he or she may apply the amount of the refund to the first installment due in the next taxable year.
