Appropriates funds to the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney of the City and County of Honolulu for the career criminal prosecution unit.
Requires candidates who do not intend to receive or spend more than $1,000 in an election period to notify the Campaign Spending Commission of this intention by 6/30 of an election year, and noncandidate committees that do not intend to receive or spend more than $1,000 in an election period to notify the Commission of this intention by the 5th day before the due date of the preliminary primary report.
Changes the fees for certain permits and licenses issued pursuant to chapters 243, 244D and 245, Hawaii Revised Statutes, from specified amounts to reasonable fees to be established by Department of Taxation rule. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
