RELATING TO AGING.

Ensures that state and county planning efforts for the delivery of services to the aged or disabled share budgets, data, insights, strategies, goals, and definitions of success and recommendations. RELATING TO TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT.

Establishes Transit-Oriented Development Community Districts within the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA) to develop districts along certain rail stations in the Honolulu rail station transit corridor. Allows the HCDA to enter into public-private partnerships for a lease-back arrangement of lands and coordinate activities outside of the district, including construction.

RELATING TO HOUSING.

RELATING TO PRESCRIPTIVE AUTHORITY FOR CERTAIN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS.

Authorizes and establishes procedures and criteria for prescriptive authority for clinical psychologists who meet specific education, training, and registration requirements. Requires the Board of Psychology to report to the Legislature prior to the Regular Session of 2021. (HB767 HD1)

RELATING TO CHILD CARE.

RELATING TO REINTEGRATION PROGRAMS.

RELATING TO ACUPUNCTURE.
