RELATING TO THE COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN.

Requires the Department of the Attorney General to establish a five-year commercial sexual exploitation of children data pilot program. Requires annual reporting to the Legislature and making the data and report publicly available. Appropriates moneys. (SD1)

RELATING TO ELECTRONIC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACCESSIBILITY.

Requires the Disability and Communication Access Board to develop, publish, and periodically update information and communication technology disability access standards to be implemented by state entities. Effective 7/1/2060. (SD1)

AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

Authorizes, and appropriates funds for, the issuance of general obligation bonds into and out of the rental housing revolving fund for low-income rental housing projects or units that are allocated low-income housing tax credits and developed for families and individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS.

Establishes the director of business, economic development, and tourism, or a designee of the director, as an ex-officio, voting member of the Hawaii tourism authority and the school facilities authority board. Transfers the stadium authority from the department of accounting and general services to the department of business, economic development, and tourism. On July 1, 2023, transfers the school facilities authority from the department of education to the department of business, economic development, and tourism. Amends the composition of the stadium authority. Requires that administrative expenses incurred for the stadium development special fund be deducted. Effective 10/18/2050. (HD2)

RELATING TO WATER CONSERVATION.

Creates a nonrefundable water catchment income tax credit for homeowners who install a water catchment system meeting certain requirements on residential property in the State owned by the homeowners. (SD1)

RELATING TO TRAILS.

Appropriates funds for the establishment of a permanent full-time equivalent land and access specialist position and a permanent full-time equivalent abstractor position within the Na Ala Hele program for the protection and expansion of public trail access statewide.
