Summary

Authorizes, and appropriates funds for, the issuance of general obligation bonds into and out of the rental housing revolving fund for low-income rental housing projects or units that are allocated low-income housing tax credits and developed for families and individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
