Requires health insurance policies and contracts issued after 12/31/19 to provide coverage for the cost of hearing aids at a minimum of $1,500 per hearing aid for each hearing-impaired ear every 36 months. Requires and appropriates funds for the Hawaii tourism authority to promote Hawaii's efforts to protect the environment, marine life conservation districts, and coral reefs and provide guidance on the dangers of sunscreens that contain oxybenzone and octinoxate and how tourists can help protect Hawaii's environment.
Requires each district health officer for the Department of Health to be a licensed physician.
Appropriates funds to upgrade the sound system in the auditorium and conference rooms at the state capitol.
Provides a limited exemption from state licensure requirements to out-of-state physicians who accompany a sports team to a specific sporting event in Hawaii or are invited to provide services at a national sport training center, event, or competition in Hawaii, if certain conditions are met. Requires out-of-state physicians to provide notice to the Hawaii medical board. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)

Requires that the department of agriculture inspect and certify all Hawaii-grown green coffee beans for grade and origin if shipped out of the district of origin, except for shipments of one hundred pounds or less. Takes effect on 7/1/2050. (SD1)
Authorizes the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to enter into ninety-nine-year leases of units in residential condominiums located on state lands.
Requires the Governor; Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism; and the Hawaii State Energy Office to develop a strategic plan that outlines benchmarks to achieve one hundred per cent renewable energy portfolio standard. Requires DBEDT to submit the strategic plan to the legislature.
Revises county allocations of transient accommodations tax revenues to reflect the growth in population of each respective county.
