RELATING TO TAXATION.

Requires that real estate investment trusts file returns reporting their shareholders' pro rata shares of net income and net income attributable to this State. Provides for composite returns and requires withholding for those shareholders who do not agree to file returns or pay tax on their pro rata share of net income attributable to this State. RELATING TO THE HAWAII FARM TO SCHOOL PROGRAM.

Authorizes the Department of Education to establish a Farm to School Program. Requires the Farm to School Coordinator in the Department of Agriculture to work in collaboration with the Department of Education on any Farm to School Program. RELATING TO THE BOARD OF EDUCATION.

RELATING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

RELATING TO HOUSING FOR NATIVE HAWAIIANS.

Authorizes the construction and use of micro housing units on Hawaiian home lands managed by DHHL, notwithstanding zoning laws, permit provisions, and building codes. Makes an appropriation to DHHL for construction of micro housing units, subject to certain conditions, and to build general organizational capacity of native Hawaiian-controlled nonprofit housing developers.
