RELATING TO SEX OFFENDERS.

Prohibits a sex offender from residing within two thousand feet of the sex offender's former victim or the victim's immediate family members. Requires the covered offender to receive approval from the Attorney General prior to a change in address. Takes effect 8/26/2050. (SD1)

RELATING TO PAYMENTS OF SUPPORT.

Includes tips or gratuities paid directly to an individual by a customer of the employer and reported or declared to the employer under the definition of income withheld by employers for payments of child or spousal support. (SD1)

RELATING TO PROPERTY.

Prohibits nonresident aliens and businesses and trusts that are significantly controlled by nonresident aliens from acquiring certain residential property in the State, except as otherwise provided by law. Effective 12/31/50. (SD1)

RELATING TO CAMPAIGN FINANCE.

Increases the maximum amount of public funds available to certain state candidates in each election. Increases the amount of voluntary state income tax check-off contributions that may be designated for the Hawaii election campaign fund beginning on 1/1/2021.
