RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE SHORELINE IN SOUTH MAUI.

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources, in collaboration with the county councilmember representing the south Maui residency area, Kihei Community Association, and ‘Aha Moku O Kula Makai, to develop a master plan to expand public access to the shoreline in south Maui, particularly state-owned land. RELATING TO ELECTIONS.

Requires the Chief Election Officer, with assistance from the county clerks for elections involving county offices and countywide ballot issues, to publish an online voters' pamphlet on the Office of Elections' public website and publish and distribute postcards notifying voters of the online voters' pamphlet website address. Appropriates moneys to allow the chief election officer to produce and distribute an online voters' pamphlet and voters' pamphlet postcards for each election. (SD1)

RELATING TO CANNABIS FOR MEDICAL USE.

Requires the Department of Health to convene a working group to develop a universal symbol, quality control procedures with a focus on a retail product recall system, and standards, regulations, and protocols for the manufacture and sale of edible medical cannabis products.
