Strengthens campus safety and accountability procedures and protocols, including those relating to sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking, and related issues, at the University of Hawaii. Takes steps to extend those procedures and protocols to private institutions of higher education in Hawaii. (SD2)
Addresses the disposition of salvaged motor vehicles by authorizing the county directors of finance to issue certificates of ownership and salvage certificate to expedite the disposal of the vehicles under specified circumstances. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
Provides purchasers of time shares with rescission rights if there is a material change to the information contained in the disclosure statement. Requires developers to provide notice to the purchaser regarding any pertinent or material change made to the disclosure statement. (SD2)
Authorizes the Department of Agriculture to plan, design, construct, operate, manage, maintain, repair, demolish, and remove infrastructure on any lands under the jurisdiction of the department, to support and promote agriculture. Establishes the agricultural enterprise program. Establishes the Agricultural Enterprise Special Fund. Requires the Board of Agriculture to annually report an accounting of non-agricultural park lessees to the Legislature. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
