RELATING TO CONTRACTORS.

Requires any person applying for a license as an electrical contractor, pole and line contractor, high voltage electrical contractor, or electronic systems contractor to possess a trade license or an electrical engineering degree from an accredited college to perform electrical work in the State. RELATING TO COFFEE LABELING.

Requires coffee blend labels to disclose regional origins and per cent by weight of the blended coffees. Prohibits using geographic origins of coffee in labeling or advertising for roasted or instant coffee that contains less than 51 per cent coffee by weight from that geographic origin.
