Requires fuel sold in the State to contain no less than ten per cent biofuel by volume. Sets amount of fine for violating biofuel requirement. Amends definition of "biofuels" to include ethanol and biodiesel. Takes effect on 7/1/2050. (SD1)
Allows a court to choose from 1 to 3 qualified examiners in felony cases in which a defendant's fitness to proceed is in doubt. Requires that at least 1 of the examiners is a psychiatrist or licensed psychologist. Removes the requirement that 1 of the 3 examiners shall be a psychiatrist or licensed psychologist designated by the director of health.
Permits public inspection and duplication of salary ranges, rather than exact compensation, for legislative employees. (SD1)
Requires the employees' retirement system to divest its investment portfolio of coal, oil, and gas companies within an unspecified number of years and to report certain information to the legislature. Takes effect 1/1/2045. (SD1)

Prohibits smoking in a motor vehicle in which a person under the age of eighteen is present. Requires the department of health to report on the enforceability of this Act and coordination of related data collection activities of the respective law enforcement agencies.
Requires the committee on weights to submit a report to the legislature detailing any changes to the funding formula within thirty days of the change. (SD1)
Requires the executive office on aging to biennially update the state plan on Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and to include information on progress made toward the goals of the state plan on Alzheimer's disease and related dementias in its annual report to the legislature. Appropriates funds. (SD1)
Requires the office of information practices to resolve all public complaints about noncompliance with chapter 92F and part I of chapter 92 within six months from the date the office of information practices receives the complaint.
