RELATING TO PRESCRIPTIVE AUTHORITY FOR CERTAIN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGISTS.

Authorizes and establishes procedures and criteria for prescriptive authority for clinical psychologists who meet specific education, training, and registration requirements.  Requires the Board of Psychology to report to the Legislature prior to the Regular Session of 2021. (SB384 HD1)

RELATING TO THE HILO COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DISTRICT.

Provides for the redevelopment of the Hilo area by establishing the framework, requirements, and conditions for redevelopment districts and specifically designating the Waiakea Peninsula Redevelopment District, appropriates funds for the implementation of the redevelopment district program, and makes conforming amendments to lease restrictions on public lands to facilitate the implementation of redevelopment districts. RELATING TO THE KING KAMEHAMEHA CELEBRATION COMMISSION.

Amends the membership, mission, and purpose of the King Kamehameha Celebration Commission. Adds representation for the island of Lana‘i. Authorizes the Chairperson to appoint an advisory committee for historical and archival matters. Authorizes the Commission to appoint an Executive Director. Creates the King Kamehameha celebration special fund. Makes an appropriation. Effective 12/24/88. (SB601 HD1)

RELATING TO CHILDREN.
