RELATING TO BUDGET-RELATED REPORTS.

Requires the Governor to ensure that the Governor's program memoranda and variance reports accurately reflect the current responsibilities of certain state programs, address the current and future needs of the State, and align with budget-related submittals. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)

RELATING TO WILDFIRE SAFETY AND PREVENTION.

Establishes the Wildfire Mitigation Working Group to develop a state wildfire mitigation plan and advise and make recommendations to state agencies concerning the State's wildfire safety and prevention efforts. Requires report to Legislature. Makes an appropriation. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)

RELATING TO SEARCH AND RESCUE.

Requires government entities to seek reimbursement for all or a portion of search or rescue expenses for persons who require rescue after leaving a hiking trail to enter an area closed to the public or hiking on a trail closed to the public, and there is a sign giving notice of the closure. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)

RELATING TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION.

RELATING TO GOVERNMENT.

Requires that travel reports submitted by state employees, officers, or other representatives of state departments or agencies, in connection with out-of-state or intra-state travel for purposes of official state business, be made available for public review on the Comptroller's website, subject to certain exceptions.
