Allows a person who employs or contracts with a health care worker who suffers an act of violence at the health care facility to report the event to law enforcement and petition for a temporary restraining order and injunction under certain circumstances. (SD2)
By 1/1/2027, requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to establish a family and medical leave insurance program and begin collecting payroll contributions to finance payment of benefits. By 1/1/2028, requires the Department to start receiving claims and paying benefits under the program. Specifies eligibility requirements and employee protections under the program. Requires the Executive Office on Aging to contract for a statewide needs assessment of the needs of the long-term care workforce for providers of home- and community-based services. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)
Authorizes the Insurance Commissioner to disclose records, including but not limited to Supplemental Compensation Exhibits, submitted to the Insurance Commissioner that describe the name, title, or compensation of the directors, trustees, officers, or employees of insurers, mutual benefit societies, health maintenance organizations, or dental insurers. Provides that the disclosure of the records shall not constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy under section 92F-13, HRS. (SD1)
Makes it a deceptive practice to advertise, display, or offer a price for goods or services that does not include all mandatory fees or charges, with certain exceptions. Takes effect 7/1/2040. (SD1)

Establishes the Office of Facilities and Real Estate Development and the Office of School Operations and Services. Repeals the School Facilities Authority. Makes conforming amendments. Requires retail pet stores to maintain records regarding the source and medical history of animals sold and provide records to pet purchasers, subject to the discretion of the retail pet store. Establishes penalties. Authorizes retail pet stores to showcase pet animals owned by a nonprofit animal welfare organization. Takes effect 7/1/2040. (SD2)
