RELATING TO APPRAISAL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES.

Reestablishes the Appraisal Management Company Registration Program within the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs to conform with the minimum standards of the Appraisal Management Companies Final Rule and federal Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Reestablishes registration requirements, standards, and penalties for violations. Makes appropriations from the Compliance Resolution Fund. Effective / /2050, 7/1/2050, and 9/30/2050. (SD2)

RELATING TO SOCIAL SERVICES.

Amends the state supplemental payment ceiling for domiciliary care paid to recipients who are eligible for federal supplementary security income or public assistance, or both. Amends the monthly needs allowance for individuals residing in foster homes, care homes, domiciliary homes, and other long-term care facilities. (SD2)

RELATING TO REMOTE MEETINGS.

Requires a board to offer remote testifiers an option to be seen and heard by the board and the public when offering remote testimony. Authorizes a board to remove or block any persons who intentionally disrupt or compromise the conduct of a meeting.

RELATING TO AUTISM.

Appropriates funds to increase the funding for applied behavioral analysis services for persons with autism.
