RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.

Establishes a three-year summer tuition pilot program to provide funding to UH community colleges to offset the costs aligning the resident tuition rates for the summer semester with the resident tuition rates for the spring and fall semesters at the community colleges. RELATING TO HEALTH.

Requires the Departments of Health, Human Services, and Education to research and make recommendations on any rules, policies, and amendments to the Medicaid State Plan or Medicaid 1915(c) Waiver that are necessary to ensure provision of clinically appropriate treatments and services for individuals twenty-six years of age or younger with autism spectrum disorder or fetal alcohol spectrum disorder are covered under certain Medicaid programs. RELATING TO DENTAL HYGIENISTS.

RELATING TO CONSUMER HEALTH DATA.

Establishes requirements, including additional disclosures and consumer consent, regarding the collection, use, and sharing of consumer health data information. Establishes rights for consumers regarding their health data, including the right to have health data deleted. Prohibits the sale of consumer health data without a consumer's signed valid authorization. Prohibits the erection of a geofence around health care centers. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)

RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII AT HILO.

Establishes the Institute of Indigenous Education, Science, and Outreach within the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. Provides that the Hawaiian language college revolving fund may include moneys from any revenue source and shall support the Imiloa astronomy center. Provides that the Hawaiian early learning trust fund shall support the Hawaiian language medium education pathway. Establishes a cap on individual deposits into the Hawaiian language college revolving fund and the Hawaiian early learning trust fund. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
