RELATING TO CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE RESILIENCY.

RELATING TO CONSUMER PROTECTION.

Caps the service charges for a primary and secondary ticket seller. Requires website operators to guarantee refunds in certain circumstances and disclose that the website is not the primary ticket seller. Prohibits speculative tickets and the usage of bots. RELATING TO TEACHERS.

Establishes a state income tax credit for certain expenses paid or incurred by school teachers, special education teachers, school librarians, and counselors for supplementary materials used in the classroom, as well as expenses incurred while accompanying students on educational trips.

RELATING TO FIREWORKS.

Establishes property owner liability for illegal aerial devices possessed or set off on their property by others. Allows probable cause for fireworks offenses to be established from statements from witnesses and photographs, video, or other recordings authenticated by witnesses. Allows probable cause for fireworks offenses to be established from anonymous recordings made using an unmanned aerial vehicle.

RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION.

Requires that high school students complete a health class. Requires teacher and principal training to include suicide prevention. Allows the training to be conducted through self-review.
