RELATING TO CIVIL RIGHTS.

Prohibits discrimination against any individual in selection, termination, terms, or conditions of an internship or training program because of the individual's race, sex including gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, religion, color, ancestry, disability, marital status, arrest and court record, or reproductive health decision.

RELATING TO SEXUAL VIOLENCE PREVENTION EDUCATION.

Establishes the Erin's law task force to review policies, programs, and curricula for educating public school students about sexual abuse and sex trafficking prevention, report recommendations for the establishment of a program to educate public school children on sexual abuse prevention through age-appropriate curricula, provide relevant training to teachers and school staff, and inform parents and guardians about important child sexual abuse topics. Requires the Department of Education to establish and implement a systemwide sexual abuse prevention education program at the conclusion of the task force. Appropriates funds.

RELATING TO AGRICULTURE EDUCATION.

Establishes a P-20 agriculture education coordinator position within UH-CTAHR. Establishes a two-year farm to school grant pilot program within DOA to sunset on June 30, 2022. Appropriates funds for the farm to school grant pilot program and the P-20 agriculture education coordinator position.

RELATING TO PIGS.

Allows any person with a valid hunting license to take wild or feral pigs on Mauna Kea with no bag limitation and with dogs. Appropriates funds to the department of land and natural resources to install one-way pig gates on the fencing surrounding the watershed on Mauna Kea.

RELATING TO TRAINING.

Mandates OHA training for additional public officials, including certain state and county officials, state judges, and state legislators on native Hawaiian history, culture, and rights. Sets 12-month deadline for completion of training from time of enactment, or time of hire or appointment.

RELATING TO INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER SYSTEMS.

Establishes the time of transfer individual wastewater system inspection program to oversee the inspection and repair of any individual wastewater system at the time of the property's sale or transfer. Excludes certain sales or transfers.

RELATING TO NATIVE HAWAIIAN ART.

Requires that a certain percentage of the works of art acquired using the works of art special fund include native Hawaiian subject matter.

RELATING TO SEXUAL HARASSMENT.

Makes unenforceable confidentiality clauses in employment contracts when an act of sexual harassment or sexual assault is claimed. Allows employees to request confidentiality of a settlement. Establishes civil penalties if an employer requests a confidentiality agreement as part of a legal settlement or arbitrator's award concerning a sexual harassment or sexual assault claim. Establishes a twenty-one day time period for an employee to review a voluntary confidentiality agreement, and a seven-day time period to revoke consent after executing the agreement.
