RELATING TO POSTCONSUMER RECYCLED CONTENT.

RELATING TO THE NEIGHBOR ISLANDS BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED SERVICE PILOT PROGRAM.

RELATING TO HOUSING.

Conditions the authority of a county whose population is greater than five hundred thousand to exercise state housing powers upon a county's continued compliance with provisions regarding the acceptance of the dedication of infrastructure and public highways in affordable housing developments. RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEMS.

Establishes the sustainable food systems working group within the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development. Requires the working group to submit a plan, any recommendations for implementing the plan, and any proposed legislation to the Legislature.
