RELATING TO THE DIVISION OF BOATING AND OCEAN RECREATION.

Allows the board of land and natural resources to adopt, amend, or repeal administrative fee schedules for parking fees for locations under the management of or operated by the division of boating and ocean recreation through regular or special board meetings rather than through administrative rulemaking. RELATING TO BOARDS.

RELATING TO COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS.

Makes it a criminal violation for a person to: (1) provide false information regarding COVID-19 vaccination status to certain entities; (2) use falsified verification of COVID-19 vaccination status; (3) manufacture, distribute, disseminate, issue, sell, offer for sale, import, or offer to import into this State falsified verification of COVID-19 vaccination status or a blank or incomplete COVID-19 vaccination status verification document or code. Effective 7/1/2050. Repeals on 6/30/2023. (HD2)
