Bans the import for profit, sale, and offer for sale of any cosmetic in the State, if the final product or any component of the product was developed or manufactured using animal testing performed on or after 1/1/2021. Effective 1/1/2150. (SD1)

Expands eligibility for state-funded individual development accounts to households with income up to 100 percent of the area median income. Expands allowable uses of account funds for costs associated with rental housing, public transportation, and purchasing or repairing a motor vehicle. Prohibits former legislators and executive branch employees subject to senate confirmation from engaging in lobbying for twelve months after termination of employment as a legislator or executive branch employee. Takes effect 7/1/2020. (SD1)
Includes education about exemption from food donation liability in the health inspection process for food establishments. Provides an exception from liability for good-faith donors and distributors of perishable and nonperishable food who comply with commercial food safety requirements and reasonably believe that the food is fit for human consumption.
