Authorizes the counties to establish a higher minimum wage than the state minimum wage.
Repeals provision requiring counties to adopt ordinances regulating agricultural tourism as a precondition for allowing agricultural tourism activities in an agricultural district. Allows agricultural commerce, rather than agricultural tourism, in an agricultural district.
Requires coffee blend labels to disclose regional origins and per cent by weight of the blended coffees. Prohibits using geographic origins of coffee in labeling or advertising for roasted or instant coffee that contains less than 51 per cent coffee by weight from that geographic origin.
Requires insurance coverage for embryo, oocyte, and sperm cryopreservation procedures to preserve the fertility of adults diagnosed with cancer who have not yet started cancer treatment.
