Requires sellers to disclose whether the real property lies within the sea level rise exposure area designated by the Hawaii climate change mitigation and adaptation commission or its successor. Effective 1/1/2050. (HD2)
Increases the amount of the tax credit for individuals and households and the adjusted gross income eligibility cap for the income tax credit for low-income household renters using tax brackets for individuals and different categories of households. Provides for inflation increases every three years based on the consumer price index. Applicable to taxable years beginning after 12/31/2020. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD1)

Amends the definition of "historic property" under the historic preservation law to include the requirement that buildings, inclusive of privately owned homes, meet the criteria for being entered into the Hawaii register of historic places. (HD1)
Specifies that any equipment, article, instrument, aircraft, vehicle, vessel, business record, or other asset used in fishing, possession, or sale of aquatic life in violation of the aquatic resources law is subject to forfeiture. Authorizes the imposition of a criminal fine. Clarifies that the fine structure is assessed on a per-specimen basis. Makes violations of the aquatic resources law a misdemeanor, rather than a petty misdemeanor. Permits the department of land and natural resources to recommend community service that benefits the resource damaged when a person is ordered to perform community service in lieu of a fine. Beginning 7/1/2022, establishes an air cargo pest inspection, quarantine, and eradication fee, to be assessed on each air carrier delivering air cargo into the State. Establishes the air cargo pest inspection, quarantine, and eradication fund, to be used solely by the department of agriculture's air cargo inspection program. Increases the inspection, quarantine, and eradication service fee and charge from 75 cents to an unspecified amount for every 1,000 pounds of freight or part thereof brought into the State. Requires the auditor to conduct an analysis on the air cargo pest inspection, quarantine, and eradication fee. (HD1)
