RELATING TO HISTORIC PRESERVATION REVIEWS.

Authorizes the department of land and natural resources, through the state historic preservation division to contract its review of proposed state projects, projects on privately owned historic property, and projects affecting historic properties to third-party consultants if the department will not be able to complete its review within sixty days. Appropriates funds. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)

RELATING TO SPECIAL PURPOSE DIGITAL CURRENCY LICENSURE.

Beginning 1/1/2024, establishes a program for the licensure, regulation, and oversight of special purpose digital currency companies. Extends operations of companies in the digital currency innovation lab under certain circumstances. Appropriates funds for three full-time equivalent (3.0 FTE) permanent examiners. RELATING TO PROTECTIVE ORDERS.

Expands the jurisdiction for a petition for a domestic abuse protective order to be in the family court in which the nonresident is located; the respondent resides; the subject of a petition that is a minor, incapacitated person, or person who is physically unable to go to the appropriate place; or the domestic abuse occurred. Expands the jurisdiction for petitions for temporary restraining orders due to harassment to be in the district court in which the nonresident is located; the respondent resides; or the harassment occurred. RELATING TO HEALTH.

Prohibits the sale of flavored tobacco products and the mislabeling of e-liquids as nicotine free. Authorizes the department of health to appoint, commission, or contract for services of inspectors. Establishes two full-time equivalent program specialist positions and one full-time equivalent hearing officer position. Appropriates funds. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
