Merges the Made in Hawaiʻi with Aloha branding program with the Hawaiʻi Made program under the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism. Specifies that the Department of the Attorney General shall be responsible for enforcement of the program. Clarifies that calculations to determine whether a non-perishable good labeled "Hawaiʻi Made" or "made in Hawaiʻi" has met the requirement that at least fifty-one per cent of the wholesale value of the product is added by production within the State include operating and overhead expenses incurred and spent within the State. Amends provisions related to the selection of the Chairperson, duties, and powers of the Hawaiʻi Workforce Development Board. Repeals the requirement for the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to submit an annual report to the Legislature on the activities of the K-12 Agriculture Workforce Development Pipeline Initiative.
