RELATING TO HOMELESSNESS.

Authorizes any continuum of care to offer a stipend to volunteers assisting in the point-in-time count conducted annually to determine the number of homeless individuals in the State, as a condition of receiving federal homeless assistance from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. RELATING TO INDUSTRIAL HEMP.

Makes modifications to the Industrial Hemp Pilot Program by permitting submission of a license application at any time during the year in which the applicant plans to grow industrial hemp, amending physical facility requirements, and repealing the requirement for a movement permit to transport plants or plant material. RELATING TO THE LEGISLATIVE BROADCAST PROGRAM.

Requires the legislative broadcast program, to the extent possible within available resources, to make an audio or audiovisual recording of public hearings and informational briefings and maintain an archive of the recordings to be made available to the public. Appropriates moneys. (HB416 HD1)

RELATING TO HOMELESSNESS.

Establishes a two-year job training pilot project in the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for individuals affected by homelessness to provide job readiness and job skills training in the agricultural, agricultural processing, and tourism industries. Makes appropriation.
