Allows the department of Hawaiian home lands to assume historic preservation review of the effect of any proposed project for lands under its jurisdiction, except for projects affecting properties listed or nominated for inclusion in the Hawaiʻi register of historic places or the national register of historic places or located in a designated historic district and under certain conditions. Expanding the statutory prohibition on the use of tobacco at public schools and public school functions to be a prohibition on the use and possession of electronic smoking devices and tobacco products.
Limits the amount of cash contributions a candidate, candidate committee, or noncandidate committee can accept in the aggregate in an election period to $100. Requires receipts for each contribution.
