Makes unlawful the sale of flavored tobacco products, mislabeling of e-liquid products containing nicotine, and sale of tobacco products other than through retail sales via inperson exchange. Includes e-liquid and electronic smoking devices within the definition of "tobacco products" as used in the cigarette tax and tobacco tax law. Abolishes the Electronic Smoking Device Retailer Registration and Enforcement Unit. Effective 07/01/2060. (SD2)
Repeals sections 264-19, 266-2.3, and 266-22, Hawaii Revised Statutes, for the purpose of deleting obsolete or unnecessary provisions. Grants voting rights to members of the board of directors of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation appointed by the president of the senate or speaker of the house of representatives. Deposits funds into the Rental Housing Revolving Fund to be used to provide loans or grants to mixed-income rental projects or units for persons and families with incomes between 60 and 100% of the median family income. Enables the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to use any unused moneys for other authorized rental housing projects. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
